AP Gooch were awarded the contract to convert the basement of this property in South Norwood, London into a dry habitable office space. The basement resembled a neglected, dark dungeon and required a fully maintainable cavity drainage system to ensure the interior was kept dry.
Within just one week, a complete transformation was achieved using materials supplied by ULTRA Membrane Systems which included Ultra 8mm Membrane, Ultra Drainage Channel and an Ultra Twin Pump Station with high level water alarm.
