Outline
Coach, the high fashion American leather goods manufacturer, in association with 3 Interiors, has chosen AP Gooch Basement Waterproofing to undertake a Basement Waterproofing project at one of it’s iconic London stores.
A Type C Cavity Drain membrane system was applied to wall and floors with a drained management system to ensure the Regent Street basement refurbishment conforms to BS 8102, the code of practice for the waterproofing structures below ground.
Regent Street is a well-known as a major shopping street in the West End of London. It is named after George, the Prince Regent and was built under the direction of the architect John Nash so to live up to the high retail standards it was important for Coach to choose a contractor who could be completely relied upon.
