AP Gooch were brought in to design a failed waterproof deck. After removing defective screed and applying Newton Hydrobond-LM Rubber and 207 deck drain with a further layer of 208 deck drain over a sandwich of insulation, the client now has a dry basement and a beautiful garden above.
